Inspired by a Swedish design I saw when I first began silversmithing, this ring symbolizes the comfort in safety. Sometimes, we can shine our brightest when we have the support of family and a loving home. Black opal showcases the artist’s intent by changing its brilliance in every lighting. Just like people, stones are temperamental and don’t always show up when the cameras are rolling. I have worn my ring and constantly marvel at how different the flashes of color can be depending on the way the light hits them. I’m trying to say, this ring is gorgeous and you’re gonna have a hard time getting anything done because you’ll be staring at it.

Can be worn daily, but avoid abrading and rough surfaces. Opal is one of the softer stones and needs a little extra caution. As with most jewelry, it’s best if you remove it when washing your hands. Avoid chlorine.
